This 4-week course is a deep dive into the making of art with natural resources, such as plants, rocks and mineral pigments.

Explore your self through a holistic art therapy session. We begin with a mindfulness meditation and somatic awareness practice to connect and ground. We’ll move on to a creative flow using mediums like watercolour and pastels to support you in expressing your inner world. We end the session with a reflection of your creations for integration. Sessions can be held online or on-site.
