Life is an intricate tapestry of experiences, memories, emotions and relationships.
Each of us is weaving their own tapestry as we’re walking through this life; like personal pieces of art, they tell our stories and the stories of the land we live on. As we continue evolving, our tapestries grow richer, more colorful, more complex and oftentimes we find them interconnecting and merging with one another. Arts rituals are a tool to weave our tapestries and express through them our inner landscapes, making visible that which is invisible.
I love to explore the simplicity of every day art-making and the healing potential of our creativity. We can make art with the soil that we walk on and the plants that surround us. In my work, I curate spaces that allow you to explore the natural world, often bringing new insights and connecting you to your inner landscape through beauty and expression. I weave teachings from my background in clinical and health psychology, integral yoga, mindfulness meditation, earth-centered practices + arts therapy into my work, offering guidance through inner processes with gentle inquiry and deep listening.
Currently, I teach, host workshops and offer therapeutic sessions in Ericeira, Portugal on the Atlantic coast, close to the ocean where I feel inspired and at peace. I‘m also a student of herbalism to learn more about the wisdom and the artfulness of plants.
