It’s my passion to create spaces where you can explore yourself, discover your creativity, gain insights and connect to your inner landscape. I weave teachings from psychology, Buddhism, Yoga philosophy, earth-centered practices, creative and expressive therapies into my sessions, offering guidance through deep processes and transformation.

For the past 8 years, I’ve been on a healing journey that led me into the depths of Yoga, insight meditation and the power of plant medicine. Now, I’m here to support you in realigning your heart, mind and body and to experience the interconnection between the mental, emotional and the physical world.

With the help of creative therapies, such as intuitive and embodied painting, I open new pathways for experiences of pleasure, emotional release and self-expression, inviting you to engage all your senses and feel more fully and freely.

Passionate about ecology and our relationship with the Earth, I integrate eco-art practices into my sessions that bring you closer to the elements and the natural world.

Currently, I teach, host workshops and offer therapy sessions in Ericeira, Portugal near the Atlantic coast, close to the wildness of the ocean where my heart feels at peace.
